Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient information to locate it
4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the designated agent above containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material removed and its prior location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

Bright Kids AI will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Content Ownership

All platform content, features, AI models, story templates, and functionality are the exclusive property of Bright Kids AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
