By creating an account and using Bright Kids AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all parents, guardians, and other adult users who register accounts on the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create an account. Bright Kids AI is designed for adults who create personalized content for their children — children do not register accounts directly. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have legal authority to consent on behalf of any child whose information you provide.
Bright Kids AI uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized storybooks and songs featuring your child as the main character. Content is tailored based on the child profile information you provide, including your child's name, interests, learning preferences, and any neurodiversity-related context you choose to share (such as sensory sensitivities or learning style). All AI-generated content is educational and child-appropriate.
We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not allow children under 13 to create accounts or directly interact with the Service. Any information about your child — including their name, age, interests, or neurodiversity profile — is provided by you as the parent or guardian.
Child profile data (including any diagnosis or challenge information) is encrypted at rest and used solely to personalize the content you request. We do not sell, share, or use your child's information for advertising. You may request deletion of your account and all associated child data at any time by contacting us at support@brightkidsai.com.
Stories and songs are generated by artificial intelligence. While we work to ensure all content is appropriate, educational, and accurate, AI outputs can occasionally be imperfect. You should review all generated content before sharing it with your child.
Content you generate is yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim copyright ownership of AI-generated content.
Bright Kids AI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout and processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Refunds for paid subscription periods are issued at our discretion for documented technical failures on our part.

Bright Kids AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
